Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration efforts and manage Workday projects end-to-end across HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and API for various business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday’s reporting tools.
- Oversee integration tracker, RAID, CR, project plans, and security assignments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with clients, coordinating offshore teams, managing work assignments, and delivering reports on integration progress.
- Provide leadership in testing strategies, including test plan creation, UAT support, and executing unit string integrations.
- Develop custom integrations and interfaces to third-party applications using Workday’s Core Connector and Cloud Connector.
- Ensure compliance with reporting and security assignments and manage cut-over and migration tracking activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or any related field.
- 5+ years of Workday experience, including handling integrations, custom reports, and leading multiple Workday projects.
- Proven experience in designing and leading Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, API, and Financial Connector.
- Workday Certification in Integrations and Advanced Reporting.
- Experience with SQL, Java, XML, XSLT, and Oracle databases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of client commendation and project awards.
